The one-day visit will also include talks with Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło, Duda's chief of staff Krzysztof Szczerski told the PAP news agency.

Duda last spoke to Erdogan over the phone in late April. The conversation, initiated by the Turkish president, concerned the referendum on Turkey’s constitution and further steps related to the country’s political reform.

Beata Szydło, on the other hand, met with Erodgan at China’s Belt and Road forum in mid-May, where the two officials discussed bilateral trade and the EU’s migration policy, government spokesperson Rafał Bochenek had said. (aba/vb)
