The carrier will fly from Warsaw to Panama and Brazil throughout the winter tourist season.

LOT will launch six charter flight connections in total this winter.

It is starting its connection to Brazil on Thursday, November 2. The almost 11,000 km flight from Warsaw to Rio de Janeiro aboard a Boeing 787 will take 13 hours, 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, the first new flight to Panama will be on December 25 and will take the same amount of time.

Also this winter season, from the end of October to the end of March next year, LOT will offer charter flights to Mexico, Cuba, Vietnam and Thailand.

The new connections come in the wake of a contract signed by LOT with a tour operator, Poland’s IAR news agency reported. It did not name the operator.
