Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said he would also talk to John Bolton about US military presence in Poland and international politics.

“I think the time has come to think about how to make our ties more dynamic,” Czaputowicz said.

Czaputowicz is in Washington for a conference on religious freedoms, which was organised by the US state department.

He said “ensuring that religious minorities are free to profess their religions and not be repressed” was a priority for Poland.

US Vice President Mike Pence and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo are to take part in the conference. (vb/pk)
