Czaputowicz on Tuesday held talks in Warsaw with his Finnish counterpart Timo Soini on issues including the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its impact on European security.
Czaputowicz said that Moscow was following a "revisionist" policy, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
"Russia and especially its recent activities in the Sea of Azov show that it is a challenge not only for Poland but also for other countries and international organisations, such as the EU, NATO and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe,” Czaputowicz was cited by IAR as saying.
Russia last month seized three Ukrainian navy ships in the Kerch Strait, a body of water near the annexed Crimea peninsula, triggering escalated tensions with Ukraine.
The Strait connects the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
