The agreement concerns the extension of trade cooperation between the two companies, including joint co-production of TV series and films, as well as the possibility for TVP to adapt BBC TV shows.

“BBC Worldwide is a serious and reliable partner for TVP. Thanks to this agreement, beyond the cooperation in producing programming and distribution, we expanded the field of mutual cooperation in the field of training, consulting know-how and audience research,” said TVP CEO Jacek Kurski.

“I believe that this will benefit both employees of public television, and viewers,” Kurski said.
