460 Polish restaurants listed in Gault & Millau guide

A total of 460 restaurants from across Poland were included in the third edition of the “Yellow Guide Gault & Millau. Poland”.

This year's guide also lists more than 160 regional products and 120 hotels.
The launch of the new “Yellow Guide Gault & Millau Poland 2017" is scheduled for Sunday at a gala set to be held in Łódź, central Poland.
Gault & Millau is a global source of information about where to eat. Every year, a team of a dozen anonymous inspectors evaluates a thousand establishments in Poland.
This year's listing of 460 restaurants is 220 more than the number listed in the first edition. (rg)
