Czech Airlines to introduce two Polish hubs

The national airline of the Czech Republic will commence two new routes from Poland.

Czech Airlines will fly to Edinburgh and Prague from the city of Łódź in central Poland.

Another route will run between Edinburgh and Jasionka, an airport outside of Rzeszów in south-eastern Poland.

This is yet another route which has been announced from the Łódź airport.

Łódź airport spokesperson Ewa Bieńkowska, said that the greater number of connections meant that in the first half of this year, the Łódź reported a nearly 19 percent increase in the number of passengers compared to the same period of 2014. (rg)
