Warsaw Spire 60 percent let

With the latest lease agreements signed for 2,200 square metres with Adecco and BNP Paribas Securities Services, the Warsaw Spire office block is now more than 60 percent occupied.

"Ghelamco Poland has entered into two new lease agreements for nearly 2,2000 sqm of office space in the Warsaw Spire: the headquarters of the recruitment firm Adecco, while BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland will expand its existing office," the Belgian real estate firm said in a statement.

Adecco will occupy a total of approx. 1,600 on the eighth floor of the building and will move its new headquarters in in May 2016.

The group of tenants in the Warsaw Spire includes: Samsung, Ghelamco and Bilfinger HSG Facility Management.

Nine months before the scheduled completion of construction of Warsaw Spire is already over 60 percent leased, Ghelamco said.

Warsaw Spire is the biggest office building in Europe under construction, with a total of 100,000 sqm of Class A office space. (jh)
