ElectroMobility Poland’s main aim is to develop a concept of a Polish electric vehicle.

The Polish government is also involved in the project, as it aims to have one million electric cars on the country’s roads by 2025.

Poland’s energy minister, Krzysztof Tchórzewski, was quoted by Gazeta Wyborcza as saying that the first prototypes of the Polish electric car would be ready in about a year.

The government has also announced it will offer tax and other incentives for those who buy an electric vehicle, and subsidies of up to 70 percent of production costs for companies willing to produce the Polish e-cars, the Gazeta Wyborcza daily reported.
