In October, the prices of goods and services rose 2.1% compared to the same month last year.
Inflation stood at 2.2% year-on-year in September, 1.8% in August, 1.7% in July and 1.5% in June.
Monika Kurtek, chief economist for Bank Pocztowy, said that hikes in food, fuel and coal prices had contributed to higher inflation in November.
