The average gross monthly wage in Poland rose 6.5% year on year in November to PLN 4,610 (EUR 1,095, USD 1,292), the Central Statistical Office said on Monday.

The figures are for companies with more than nine employees.
Wages in Poland rose 7.4% year on year in October, 6% in September and 6.6% in August.
Meanwhile, the number of people working in such companies in November was 4.5% up on the same month last year, the office said.
