But only one in ten of these believe it is relatively easy to find a good job, according to a survey by pollster Kantar Public carried out earlier this month.

Meanwhile, 21 percent of respondents said that it is difficult to find a job of any kind in Poland, and 2 percent said that it is impossible to find work.

Compared to the results of a similar survey in March, the number of respondents who believe it is easy to find a job in Poland rose by 5 percent.

The survey was conducted April 6-11 on a representative sample of 1,058 people aged 15 and over.

Unemployment in Poland crept down to 6.6 percent in March from 6.8 percent in February, the country’s labour minister, Elżbieta Rafalska, said earlier this month.

Joblessness in Poland in November, at 6.5 percent, was the lowest in the last 25 years, according to the country’s Central Statistical Office (GUS).
