Unemployment in Poland fell to 6.3 percent in April, the lowest level for that month since 1991, the country’s labour ministry said on Wednesday.

Joblessness last month fell 0.3 percentage points from 6.6 percent in March.
There were 1.04 million people unemployed in April, the ministry said.
Unemployment in February fell to 6.8 percent from 6.9 percent in January.
Joblessness in Poland stood at 6.6 percent in December while November’s reading was 6.5 percent, according to the country’s Central Statistical Office.
