The reading confirmed a flash estimate issued by the office earlier this month.
The economy expanded by 5.1 percent in 2018 as a whole, according to the office.
Polish GDP grew 5.1 percent in the third quarter of last year.
The European Commission said this month that Poland notched up the third-fastest economic growth in the European Union in 2018, outperformed only by Ireland and Malta.
