Polish company to deliver hydrogen buses to Italy

Poland’s Solaris Bus & Coach company says it has been selected to supply 12 hydrogen-powered city buses for the Italian city of Bolzano.

Solaris last year provided electric buses for Bolzano. The Italian city is considered a pioneer in emission-free public transport.
Solaris Bus & Coach company is a leading European manufacturer of public transport vehicles.
It employs over 2,300 in Poland and close to 300 in its foreign branches.
To date it has delivered almost 17,000 vehicles to 32 countries around the world, according to state news agency PAP.
