Robert Lewandowski, the Polish national football team captain and striker for Germany’s Bayern Munich is the tenth-best paid football player in the world.

Lewandowski earned EUR 20.2 million in 2014, daily France Football reports.
The figure includes both his contracts, first at Borussia Dortmund and since the mid-year at Bayern, and advertising revenues.
While the best-paid player in the German Bundesliga, the Pole has a long way to catch up with Lionel Messi of Barcelona who earned EUR 65 million or Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo with a EUR 54 million windfall. (an)
