Horngacher to become new Polish ski-jumping coach?

Austrian Stefan Horngacher is the top contender for the post of ski jumping coach of the Polish team, with the application period for the position closing on Thursday.

Horngacher already has some experience in training Polish talent. He trained the “B team” during the 2004/2005 seasons. Among the youths he coached were Kamil Stoch and Piotr Żyła.

Poland is set to replace Łukasz Kruczek as the national ski jumping coach after his squad failed to impress this season. (rg)
