The Poles still have a slim chance of advancing from group A.
Twelve teams are taking part in the championships, being held in Poland from 16 to 30 June.
Poland lost 1:2 to Slovakia on the first day of the championships on Friday.
After Monday’s draw in the eastern Polish city of Lublin, in order to make it out of Group A the Poles must win by at least two goals against England on Thursday, while hoping for a draw in a Sweden-Slovakia match.
That would see Poland, Slovakia and England on four points each, but with the Poles with the highest tally of goals.
