Boxing: Szpilka triumphs over Wach

Poland's Artur Szpilka (22-3, 15 KO) has controversially defeated Mariusz Wach (33-4, 17 KO) in a match of the Knockout Boxing Night 5 gala in the Polish city of Gliwice on Saturday.

In the tenth round, Szpilka was knocked down and nearly out, but managed to complete the round.
Judges gave a final score of 97-93, 95-94 for Szpilka and 96-93 for Wach.
Meanwhile, Poland's Ewa Piątkowska (12-1, 4KO) defended her women's World Boxing Council super welterweight title, beating Switzerland's Ornella Domini (13-2, 3 KO).
