An ongoing row over horse-drawn carriages on the 8-kilometre trail to the popular highland beauty spot of Morskie Oko
The row has hit a new high after yet another horse died on the route. While local authorities tentatively try out electric vehicles to ply the route, animal rights campaigners are threatening with blockades, and collecting signatures to a petition hoping to ban the carriages altogether.
