In the show this week, Foreign Minister Grzegorz Schetyna went on a trip to Washington, where he met with US Secretary of State John Kerry.

While in Washington, Schetyna said that Poland wants to provide more support in the US-led campaign against the Islamic State.
This week we also saw the horrific fundamentalist attack on Charlie Hebdo, the satirical weekly based in Paris, with twelve people dying as a result. This in turn begs the question: with Poland playing a more prominent role in the NATO alliance, is Poland safe from extremists?
