As Agnieszka Łaszczuk reports, the team is coordinated by the Polish Centre of International Aid and now numbers about 50 members and is still working on expanding its capacity.

“In 2014 our paramedics were sent to the Maidan in Kiev. They set up a medical post and provided people with medicines. After they came back we realised that there is a huge potential among paramedics, doctors and rescue personnel in Poland and it would be really a shame not to use it for some purposes abroad,” said Łukasz Szozda, the team coordinator.
