Many argue that the candidates have not actually addressed many major issues nor discussed the country’s greatest challenges.

Are the candidates at least interested in crucial economic issues? Agnieszka Łaszczuk reports.

“There are no considerable economic topics covered in a profound manner, which might be criticized, but it might be as well explained by the fact that the constitutional role assigned to the president is very limited, so the campaign has been concentrated on symbolic issues,” said Chief Economist at BIZ Bank Ignacy Morawski.

“The euro issue was addressed at one point but it is not relevant any longer,” he added.
