Laptops, tablets or smartphones can be a wonderful resource for small kids. They can use them to learn or to play interactive or educational games. But in some cases the use of electronics can pose hazards, especially when such gadgets take over the role of the parent or nanny.

A new campaign will soon be launched to make parents more aware of the related hazards.

Michał Owczarek talks to Ewa Dziemidowicz of the “Child on the Web” project of Nobody’s Children Foundation.

"We are launching a new campaign called 'Mummy, Daddy, Tablet' that is directed to the parents of children aged 0-6. It focuses on the topic of screen time and how to best assist your child with their first steps online," Ewa Dziemidowicz said.
