British Minister of State for Europe David Lidington has recently revealed it is likely that Prime Minister David Cameron will visit Poland again after a short interval to address some EU-related issues.

The last time Cameron came to Poland was late May to discuss London’s programme of reforms within the European Union with the former Polish government.

Could Poland’s new authorities become a British ally for Cameron’s idea of less “interference” from Brussels? Michał Owczarek tries to find out.

“We obviously want to talk to the Polish government as soon as possible,” said Lidington.

“We see the Central European countries as very important partners indeed.”
