Goût de France/ Good France celebrates French gastronomy in various locations worldwide on 21 March.

Over 1,500 restaurants on five continents have joined the event, all admitted to the project by a special international selection committee, led by a legend of the French culinary world, Alain Ducasse.

In Poland there are 94 restaurants from 36 cities participating.

Agata Wojda, the head chef at Warsaw restaurant Opasły Tom, says: "This is a feast of French cuisine, a special day, which is held for the second time this year. It is a French idea to celebrate French culinary art, which is so characteristic, so elegant, so fashionable and so important for every cook.”
