Warsaw think-tank unveils plan for Polish energy sector
Experts argue that in order to improve Poland’s energy security, the sector must adapt to the changing realities of the market.

The National Centre for Strategic Studies, an independent think-tank based in Warsaw, has devised an energy strategy for Poland, a document it believes could prove useful to the country's authorities.
Agnieszka Łaszczuk spoke to Tomasz Chmal, an expert on energy and one of the authors of the document.
