With 100 days left to the Rio Olympics, the Polish Olympic Committee held a press conference to sum up progress in preparations for the international sporting extravaganza.

As Michał Owczarek reports, if the games were to start today, Poland would be represented in 74 out of 306 sports competitions included in this year’s programme.
“I’ve been fighting for these Olympic Games for years. In my career I haven’t had an Olympic medal and I’m so excited,” says Polish sabre fencer Aleksandra Socha.
