Poznań remembers uprising
The Poznań Uprising 1956 was the first massive protest against the communist government in Poland. The demonstrations by 100,000 workers began on June, 28, 1956 at Poznań's Cegielski Factories.

Sixty years later Poznań will celebrate the anniversary.
