Sławek Szefs reports that satisfaction was voiced with a package of 40 "actions" on NATO-EU cooperation in such crucial areas as, joint naval operations, coordinated training of experts in crisis management and the ability to resist hybrid and cyber threats, among others.

However, far less enthusiasm was expressed over the effectiveness of Alliance's dialogue with Russia.

“We have approved a return to the talks within the framework of the NATO-Russia Council but not much has come out of these [meetings] to date,” commented Poland’s foreign minister Witold Waszczykowski.
