Poland's FM Waszczykowski discusses international security in Davos
Witold Waszczykowski, Polish Foreign Minister, Jens Stoltenberg, NATO's Secretary General and Federica Mogherini, the European Union's Foreign Policy chief talked about international security during the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Waszczykowski spoke about the decisions made by NATO during the Summit in Warsaw in July last year, saying that NATO decided to deter Russia by strengthening its eastern flank.
“The problem is that whatever we offer to [Russia's President Vladimir] Putin right now will be rejected, because he needs us. He needs enemies ... He needs us as a kind of a scapegoat, as an excuse,” Waszczykowski said.
