The invitation had been extended by the German presidency of the Group.

Sławek Szefs reports that the economic and finance related discussions – held at the start of the weekend in the German spa town – provided an opportunity to present Warsaw’s view on a number of topics.

“This is of tremendous value, as the Polish stand has been better heard and understood here,” said Morawiecki, who also holds responsibility for finance and development in the Law and Justice (PiS) government.
