The meeting, which coincides with the start of divorce talks between Brussels and London, will focus on Brexit and the future of the European Union after the United Kingdom leaves the bloc.

“Differences are there as Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg are rather opting for deepening the EU integration and have nothing against a multi-speed Union, which we are concerned about. There are disagreements on migrant issues too,” said Andrzej Sadecki, an expert at the Warsaw-based Center for Eastern Studies think-tank.
