Chinese tourists Poland's big spenders
Seventeen million tourists left hundreds of millions of dollars in Poland last year, but it was the Chinese visitors who were the biggest spenders, according to an official report.

“The average Chinese citizen spends around EUR 1,800 (PLN 7,600) during their stay. In second place are Americans, who spend about EUR 1,300 each. Finnish tourists are in third place,” said Karolina Dawidziuk, a spokeswoman for the head of Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS).
