The situation on the labour market in Poland is alarming for employers, who complain of a lack of hands to work.
Over 50% of Polish companies plan to employ more people over the next year and yet it is increasingly hard to find suitable candidates, according to a report by Pracuj group, a company providing technology for job searching.
Łukasz Marciniak, the company's Business Development Manager said "Polish employers are determined to look for skilled employees by any means necessary, and the Ukrainians are a perfect solution."
"They value and respect the work ethic. They are deeply engaged and devoted workers," Marciniak added.
