Additional funds in the "Apartments for Youth" financial support programme ran out within hours after being launched.
Some 2,500 people applied for additional funds from the PLN 67 million, (EUR 15 million) kitty in the Apartments for Youth financial support programme.
Bartosz Turek, of the Open Finance company said he was not suprised that the money ran out so quick."67 million zlotys is not a lot. Especially if we take a look at the statistics from January this year, when the first part of the funds were made available and in just two days Poles applied for a total amount of 122 million zlotys."
