Households and institutions affected by a series of severe storms in northern and western Poland a week ago are still receiving help.

The government steps up the efforts to clean up after the storms, facilitate the reconstruction of the damaged areas, and support storm victims.

Deputy defence minister Michał Dworczyk assured that Polish army is helping those who still need help...

Deputy Defence Minister, Michał Dworczyk assured that Polish army "helps with the hardest tasks."

"We have answered every call so far, and there has been more than 10 already... Two more decisions to help were made today," Dworczyk said, adding that "the forces are on their way."

Other institutions and charities from all over Poland are fundraising and collecting goods to help people get back on their feet.
