Sławek Szefs reports the annual GDP growth will probably exceed the budget-assigned 3.6 percent level.
"It is not only the government now that remains optimistic as we see many experts predicting the growth rate to go over the 4 percent mark," said Jerzy Kwieciński, Poland's deputy minister for development.
