British PM calls Russia ‘hostile state’ at summit in Brussels
British Prime Minister Theresa May has called Russia a "hostile state" during an Eastern Partnership summit in Brussels.

"We must be open-eyed to the actions of hostile states like Russia who threaten potential growth of the eastern neighborhood and try to tear our collective strength apart," May said during a speech.
