Michelin Star Warsaw chef Andrea Camastra has been appointed by the 'father of molecular gastronomy' Herve This ,as ambassador of the latest innovative method of this French physical chemist which is called 'note a note'.

Agnieszka Bielawska asked chef Camastra about the method and work in his Warsaw restaurant.
