Polish MEP’s against fur farming
On Tuesday a group of Polish MEPs launched an animal welfare exhibition entitled “Make Fur History” at the European Parliament.

Poland, one of Europe’s largest fur-farming countries, is envisaging a total ban on the industry.
The exhibition “will include visuals showing conditions at fur farms as well as the implications to their neighbourhood. So we want not only to stress animal suffering but also the damage to the Polish countryside,” said Dobrosława Gogłoza from the Polish Otwarte Klatki (Open Cages) non-profit.
