The Gala concert, co-organised by Maciej Rusiński of the Gazeta Polska Comunity of America Foundation, features a program of Chopin and Paderewski to mark the anniversary of Paderewski's last performance at the renown venue 85 years prior. It will also inaugurate official New York area celebrations of the 100th anniversary of Poland’s regained independence.
