FOCUS:: POEMS IN THE CITY

Poems in the City is a project ,which is aimed at promoting contemporary European poetry and is in fact a continuation of the well known Poems on the Underground scheme. It is organised by the European Union National Institutes for Culture.

In Focus Bogusława Sochańska, the direcor of the Danish Culture Institute in Warsaw and a translator of Danish literature explains why the project decided to emerge from the undergound and where the poems are to be found in the capital.
