Over 6,000 exhibitors are expected to attend the five-day event, which is recognised as a major venue for keeping abreast of the latest developments in hi-tech industries.

This year’s fair has Mexico as its partner country, while Poland was the event’s official partner country last year.

Michał Owczarek talks to Tomasz Pisula from the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) about the Polish national stand this year.

The Polish stand will be showcasing 16 innovative companies ranging from “start-ups dealing with big data to big mining companies,” Pisula said.

“So there’s a whole spectrum of Polish industry” on show at the German fair, he added.
