Russia World Cup starts

Thirty-two teams, 12 stadiums, and USD 19.5 billion spent - the football World Cup kicks off in Russia on Thursday and Poles have a serious case of football fever.

While Poland's team is in training in Sochi, the opening ceremony at Moscow's Luznihki stadium will be overshadowed by controversy over Russia’s interference in other countries and human rights violations.
