“This is a completely new development model for Poland. Today, we give Poles a new model of economic development. We want every Polish citizen – and not just selected groups – to have the opportunity to benefit from development,” Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło said following the acceptance of the so-called Morawiecki Plan by the government.
The roadmap, announced on Monday by development minister Mateusz Morawiecki, foresees more than PLN 1 trillion in investments over the coming years.
The financial sources are expected to be EU funds and financing from private and state-owned firms. (rg/pk)
