A spokesman for the Anti-Corruption Bureau said the detained pair are businessmen working in the IT industry.

The two are suspected of submitting invoices for work which was never carried out.

The men have been charged with being part of an organized criminal group that was allegedly set up and headed by a former director of the Kraków court.

Investigators believe that the scam cost the court over PLN 9 million.

In December, five people linked with the court were charged with corruption and overstepping their powers.
