The opposition Civic Platform (PO) party is way behind, on 19 percent, the survey found.
The anti-establishment Kukiz’ 15 group is on nine percent, and the Nowoczesna (Modern) party on eight percent, according to the survey.
The poll found no other parties would make it into the Sejm, the lower house of parliament.
The survey was conducted on 7-12 July on a representative sample of 1,027 Polish adults.
