The programme aims to teach women hand-to-hand combat and techniques to help them in life-threatening situations.
Defence ministry spokeswoman Anna Pęzioł-Wójtowicz said the programme would include bi-monthly workshops in 39 cities, with sign up lists open until 8 December. The programme comprises 10 free two-hour workshops.
