The opposition Civic Platform (PO) party is way behind, on 17 percent, the survey found.
The anti-establishment Kukiz’15 group is third on 11 percent, and the Nowoczesna (Modern) party is fourth on 9 percent, according to the survey, which was commissioned by the Fakt tabloid.
The Democratic Left Alliance (SLD), which is outside parliament, is fifth, backed by 5 percent.
The poll found no other parties would clear the 5 percent support threshold needed to enter parliament.
The rural-based Polish People’s Party (PSL), which was a junior coalition partner in Poland’s previous government, saw its support fall to a mere 3 percent, according to the pollster.
The survey was conducted on December 11 on a representative sample of 1,000 Polish adults. It does not include responses from undecided voters. (gs/pk)
